Toki Curve

The goal of toki curve is to make use of 1 cost heropowers that you mostly want to use starting on tier 3; the leveling curve aims to get to tier 3 quickly, while getting in useful heropowers quickly. The exact strength of the curve depends on which hero uses it: Toki gets two tier 4 minions by turn 5, Sneed gets to see tier 3 minions without having to go 3 on 3, etc.

The list of heroes that want to play Toki curve is quite limited: Toki, Sneed, and sometimes Galakrond/Akazamzarak.

Because Toki curve wants to make use of specific heropowers, the best tribes are dependent on the individual hero.
